Good neighborhood

This is in a friendly neighborhood and it is set up great. The property manager is very easy to deal with. However, you get what you pay for. They allow tenants to put nails and such in the walls, so after a few residents, the walls are more plaster than wall. My toilet paper dispenser has fallen three times now, although they fixed it the very next day. Overall, great apartment.
