Worst apt ever
December 9, 2017I don’t advice any one to apply for living here, why because I got a water leak from my cieling and I call them twenty time with no answer and when I went there miss Nikita told me that’s she can’t answer all the calls “twenty time I called”. Then they send me the maintenance after a long wait after all my apt was covered with water and they didn’t finish everything at the same day and they don’t wanna Compensate me for the damage. Nice Apartments
March 9, 2016Been living here since 2004 and a lot has changed. Management has switched 4 times and it seems that the apartments are only interested in filling the apartments. They allow anyone and everyone (loud and rude people) to move in and even with all the upgrades and renovations you would think that we would have onsite security like we did back in 2004 but we don't. Usually people will wait until the office closes to get in the parking lot and have fights, arguments and nasty loud conversations for ...everyone to hear. You call courtesy patrol and he does nothing. He stays parked at the office instead of driving around to see what is going on and that is why there are so many break-ins and disruptions in the middle of the night. Your best bet is to call the office the next day and complain but by then what good does it do. Management continues to go up on the rent without any justification. I can say maintenance has improved 100% but the renters class of people has declined to about 35% and management taking a stand on the violators is 25%. I have never understood why people claim they like to live somewhere nice when all they do is stand outside to smoke weed, play loud music, dump trash out onto the parking lot, allow their guest to break the rules and not pick up behind their pets. How can you ever have or be a part of a decent living community when you as a renter do these types things and management allow people of this nature to live here. Nice, clean, good upkeep and safe
August 14, 2015It was recently renovated , there was changes made inside and out in our Mt. Vernon Apartment complex, Desoto, TX. Accessible to school, store, church and work place. Nice place to live- very quiet, peaceful, enforce regular information on water and power interruptions, enforce curfew hours on vicinities. Keep the grounds clean and upkeep of the landscape. The renters are friendly and shows good place to live. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Good management & staff as of this time. ...Maintenance people responded or make a follow-up on the request for any repairs.
