Mountain Glenn is a very good place and they help people in the people who work in the office like Miss Kim and everyone like that and Miss Dawn and Help With what they can and they really show a lot of respect when you come into the office. They treat you with respect they help you with things. The maintenance team is very good. I lived there for 5 years and they denied maintenance requests they didn't want to do and did a poor job with the ones they did. Nicer properties will paint and replace the carpet every five years. Mountain Glen will give excuses to not do it, when if you're a good tenant. I was never late once but I was treated like they didn't value my business. Stay away.

My family has been at Mountain Glen for a little over a year now. We have had no issues and have had a great time here. The maintenance crew are so kind and helpful. My daughter has special needs and it is nice that her therapists can come work with her in a great environment. We call it the Hive cause my daughter is Bea. I am the Queen and my husband is the hard worker.
