January 30, 2025Mountain Glenn is a very good place and they help people in the people who work in the office like Miss Kim and everyone like that and Miss Dawn and Help With what they can and they really show a lot of respect when you come into the office. They treat you with respect they help you with things. The maintenance team is very good. They fix things when you put in the maintenance request order doesn’t take them long to fix it or come on come out to your unit to fix things. I just gotta say that this ...has been a good experience staying with Mountain Glenn and I’ve been there almost 2 1/2 years going on three and I really, really love where I live at as big as spacious. Maintenance Nightmare
December 17, 2020I lived there for 5 years and they denied maintenance requests they didn't want to do and did a poor job with the ones they did. Nicer properties will paint and replace the carpet every five years. Mountain Glen will give excuses to not do it, when if you're a good tenant. August 8, 2015My family has been at Mountain Glen for a little over a year now. We have had no issues and have had a great time here. The maintenance crew are so kind and helpful. My daughter has special needs and it is nice that her therapists can come work with her in a great environment. We call it the Hive cause my daughter is Bea. I have to give up my home for health reasons and financial reasons I need move to a bottom floor apartment. I am so excited about moving to my new apartment this weekend. It is as big as my town house was in Sq. feet and it has lots of closet space and I can afford it without being house poor...
