DISGUSTING PLACE TO LIVE IN
June 19, 2019I do not recommend this place at all, when we moved in, our ac wasn’t working at all, it took them a week to come fix it and every month it kept on going out and all the “ac people” kept on doing is putting more coolant into the ac to make it cool, but it didn’t help the fact that it kept on leaking and freezing on us, also there’s roaches outside the apartment buildings and they’re making their way into our apartment building, and I’m getting sick from it due to having asthma, I’ve told the ...manager about it and they’re not doing anything about it, also mold from the leak of the ac they were telling us that they were going to get someone to clean that mold up and they never did and it’s been 2 months since they told us that, our restroom was always leaking cause our toilet is trashed and the water doesn’t stop running so because of that happening, our bathroom floor feels like it’s going to collapse, I’m getting to the point where I’m about to get a lawyer involved cause my son and I have asthma and keep on getting sick from the roaches and mold in the placeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Place To Live
September 28, 2016As a former tenant, It is my duty to warn potential renters of this horrible property. My experience here was short lived. I could not believe how bad this place was being managed and i did not appreciate the way my concerns & issues were not dealt with or even at all by the manager. several calls and voicemails were made to address the roach infestation with adjoining buildings, i finally paid for a professional out of pocket. then! it was bed bugs making their way down from the neighbors ...upstairs. not once was this issue fixed for myself or for the neighbors by management. I frequently caught maintenance workers getting high during working hours with actual tenants. i watched a special needs man get bullied from his neighbors, it was months before that issues was addressed as well. i tried complaining to management once i had enough. after reading other reviews people have posted, they're right! BAD MGMT & BED BUG INFESTATION
September 18, 2016If you are considering renting here, PLEASE do not! Unless you want bed bugs, roaches, rotting walls, mice, mold, fleas (from neighbors dogs), sinking floors and have to deal with the WORST property manager EVER. Doesn't do her job, is hardly ever at work & when she is she doesn't leave the office unless she absolutely has to, she lies to possible renters about not having any pest issues when this place is crawling with cockroaches and bedbugs, does not notify you when someone is going to enter your place, she just gives them the keys to your house, and laughs at everything like its all a big joke. management needs improvement
August 21, 2015Its an ok place to get started on your own and get on your feet, but the management is lacking. My fridge has broken twice in the year and a half that I have been here, and the second time (which happened during the current management) it took them almost 2 months to fix it. I lost all the food in my freezer, including about $75 worth of meat. I am counting down the days until me lease is up.Review from Apartments.com

The outside area is kept clean and in good condition There's a pool with lounge chairs and an area for grilling.
