The staff is awesome. They treated me very nice and I am happy to be one of their tenants. My apartment was clean and I did not have to Ask twice when something needed to be done. The staff took the time to talk to me answering any questions that I had. I am really happy that I found a place I can call home.

I have lived at Mountain Park for a year. I just renewed for another year. I’ve enjoyed my time here so far. The office and maintenance respond fairly quickly. I thankfully have not had any issues with neighbors or office staff. I love the location of this complex and the rent is good deal for the area and upgraded units. I appreciate the office trying to have more gatherings and do fun things for the residents. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean and affordable ...

Great place to live, no loud noises and nice scenery, however, please pick up after your pets once they have done their business. There are also a lot of unwanted beetles and nits.

Overall, my stay has been good. A few things I would have liked to have seen done. For example, my gate on my side was broken for nearly 7 months, as well as the hot tub. Also, the grill by the pool was unusable, but the gas is still included in rent when it was not usable.

This complex is great, i’ve only had pleasant interactions with my neighbors and the front office team! The residence is very maintained and handled very efficiently.

Living in this complex has been overall a good experience. Everyone in the leasing office I’ve interacted with is very friendly and helpful. The pools and gym are nice features. Although finding parking can be a struggle at times, I haven’t experienced any major issues living here.
