Mountain Shadows Apartments is a 104 unit apartment community located just north of East Grant Road and one block west of North Alvernon Way. They are conveniently located near the bus line, TMC Hospital, shopping centers, restaurants and banks. The apartments are newly renovated with laundry facilities, pool and spa. Many units have upgraded flooring. There are two ramada's and lush green grass areas and landscaping with ample parking. Some apartments may be listed as available but may not be available for immediate move-in or to show. Our apartments go fast and we are on a first come first serve basis so please call for availability! Please note: Due to our heavy traffic for the apartment rentals, our availability may not be accurate under the Apartment Section.$300 deposit on all units.

January 9, 2024I have lived at mountain shadows for two years. It honestly was the best rental experience ever. The management is really nice and helpful. So in love with my apartment
January 14, 2016I've lived here for a few years and I figured it was about time that I write a review.. I want to start with my apartment, I'm IN LOVE with the floor plan and the price for my 1 bedroom is great. I looked a lot in the area for an apartment with reasonable prices and still looked like it was taken care of and this is the only one that suited my needs. The owner has done so much for us and kept up with the property. The second thing was the office staff, they were so unbelievably easy to work with ...an they went out of their way to help me and they still do that to this day so they don't pretend to like you just so you move in. I've lived here long enough to know this is some place I want to stay a while so if you're looking for a quality property with nice staff and reasonable prices, this is home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
