Ongoing Pest and Repair Concerns
February 25, 2026I lived at Mountain View Apartments and experienced ongoing maintenance and pest-related concerns during my tenancy. There were recurring roach issues in the kitchen area that required frequent pest control visits, which involved emptying cabinets multiple times per month. I also raised concerns about possible bedbug exposure during my time there. Despite submitting maintenance requests, some appointments were missed, delayed, or marked complete before work was fully resolved. Due to ongoing ...habitability concerns, I contacted the City of Concord for assistance. While some issues were addressed, documentation and communication from management were inconsistent. After raising concerns and requesting proper records, communication became strained. Prospective renters should ask detailed questions about pest control frequency, maintenance response times, and documentation practices before signing a lease. October 6, 2017I wish my work had extended me. I enjoyed my stay at Mountain View Apt even though I had rented a studio apt, I found my living very comfortable, the laundry facilities convenient, and the price a value. The staff especially Albena were very accessible, willing to take care of any needs or concerns I had. The buildings were undergoing some resurfacing and landscaping but the work crews were very quiet, discreet. The environment was maintained neat and clean. I would rent here again in the ...future. October 29, 2015Me and my family moved to Mountain View Apartments 6 months ago and since the first day the management is very professional, respectful and helpful! Any work order requests and/or emergencies are taken care of right away by their friendly maintenance team. Property is clean and well taken care of. Security also works daily at night time.
