Cockroaches, non insulated, food painted over in pantry, poorly functioning appliances, cracks on ceiling paint, no weatherstripping on windows or doors and light bulbs out on lamps throughout the property.

I love the actual apartment. Its older, but filled with charm. I love the community Here Thus far. All of my neighbors Have been friendly. I love the quiet Of the complex itself. Parking is good for visitors. Staff was helpful And friendly When moving in.
