March 11, 2026"A place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to myr needs, they are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. It’s quiet, we love the social events, the amenities are appealing, and we haven’t had any issues with packages, staff, or maintenance issues. Justin is always responsive on the community board. December 31, 2025I have enjoyed living here for many reasons. The convenience of having trash picked up at my door, the underground garage, and the pool have all been major positives. However, there are many ongoing issues that are simply not right. The elevators have been down for months at a time. The fire pit was not working for months and still is not operational. I have also complained numerous times about the exterior lights across from the fire pit—where the tables and chairs are located—but this has ...never been addressed. To this day, the lights remain out, and during the summer we had to sit and eat in the dark. Despite all of these unresolved issues, rent continues to increase. In my opinion, rent should be discounted instead, given the lack of proper maintenance. Many residents here are older, myself included. I have very bad knees and rely on the elevator. December 29, 2025Elevators, firepits, and BBQ pits have been broken for 4 months. The calcium water from the pool pipes are constantly leaking on cars. One of the exit gates looks like it was broken this morning (why have gates anyway? its not like it is ideal parking for anything unless you lived there?) Management just cares about getting new residents and current residents paying. At least compensate or take off a little off our rent for amenities that have not been working for 1/4 of the year. December 28, 2025Elevators are constantly out of service, the rent goes up over $100 without any changes to the unit and we're forced to pay for a trash fee that doesn't come everyday. Otherwise, staff, maintenance and cleaning folks are friendly and helpful, always.
