The community is quiet, the neighbors are pleasant, and the property is maintained well. The location is very convenient, and maintenance issues are handled promptly. I would highly recommend.

Manager/ staff are on site and quick to respond. The property is well maintained. Snow removal is very efficient. Great location. Affordable in comparison to similar complexes. Recommend!

June 5, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI upgraded from their one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. Both apartments are very large the two bedroom is huge. Plenty of closet space and a balcony. It’s a nice quiet place to live,very safe and well maintained. The owners are so nice and friendly.Rent is very reasonable for the size of this apartment. The location is great. I’m very happy living here.

June 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have been at Mountainview Knolls for 5 years now. I find the management, staff and my neighbors to be very kind, friendly and respectful. Maintenance issues are addressed timely. The accomodations are not high end, but very functional and at a very competitive price point. One has to follow the rules in the lease agreement of course, but I personally have had no issues. I'm very thankful to be here.

June 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived at Mountains View Knolls for the past three years and I feel safe, comfortable, and happy living here. It has an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and responsible. They respond immediately to any maintenance issues with the unit. The surrounding area is very well maintained, and the common areas are very clean. During the winter, I haven't had any problems leaving after a storm because they remove the snow right away. Plus, pets are welcome. 100% recommended.

June 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve actually been a tenant twice, 30 yrs ago this was my first apartment moving from the Bronx. Quiet, clean and beautifully landscaped. Then about 5 yrs ago after my divorce i called for availability and the owners remembered me!!! They are the nicest people who take great care and pride of this complex. I’ve been here since, it’s still kept beautifully and I feel safe here. Highly recommend!!! :0)

Rundown apartments snow removal is a joke.
October 17, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are rundown with decades of reapplied paint peeling off. The plumbing is awful. The roof had a leak into the bedroom. The bathroom had black mold and they just reapplied more paint.Property Manager Responded

They come within 24 hours to fix any maintenance, the grounds are meticulously up-kept and beautiful, the staff is friendly, they call/text with any issues, and most importantly they are by far the most affordable with the most amount of sq footage you get. Yea, you sacrifice a probably over-crowded pool and a gym for the low price but it’s worth it. They are on top of their rules, and because of that it’s always quiet, safe, clean, organized, ...and an overall great community to live in. They helped me save for a house which is the only reason I moved out.Read More

The dining room can fit a formal dining table with 6 chairs and it has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has a window with a view of the parking lot, a dishwasher, lots of counter space and cabinet space, nice size stove and fridge. Also a large food pantry next to kitchen. Bedrooms are are large enough to fit a king-size bedroom set and both have walk in closets and two windows that allow ...you to see your parking space from both rooms. Nice size full bathroom with an old-fashion framed mirror that adds a touch of elegance. The outside grounds are always kept up and living here is a pleasure.Read More
