10/10 Would Live Here Again
September 12, 2025I moved here as a start to life with my partner and couldn't be happier with the place. The location is very convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc within a very close distance. This place is pet-friendly, with a pretty standard sized dog park that is good for letting your furry friend roam and sniff. Any problems I have had with bugs, mice, broken appliances, etc, have been addressed swiftly and with no fuss, and those items have not reoccurred since being taken care ...of the first time. The staff are very nice, and most of the people around are friendly enough to have a good chat if you want (especially if you're out for a walk or by the pool). There is a track-like area near the dog park if you like walking or running, an area for a bonfire, and two different areas where you can grill. There is also a fenced-in pool area that is well taken care of. The biggest downsides I've found are that cars will sometimes use the development as a cut-through for the traffic light that is nearby and are not always the most respectful about their speeds. The package delivery services have also been a bit bad about misplacing things lately, but that's not MountainView's fault.Property Manager Responded
