April 30, 2026Mountain View apartments are amazing!! They are close to everything you could ever want in Knoxville but in the perfect spot that it feels quiet and peaceful when I’m home. I’ve been working in Knoxville and commuting for over a year. I looked at a lot of different complexes before I decided on Mountain View and I’m so thankful I did. The grounds are beautiful and so well maintained. The management here puts alot of work and dedication into making sure everything is up to date and taken care of ...for the residents. April 18, 2026I have lived at Mountain View for two years & highly recommend it. Staff is very approachable, friendly & customer service oriented. Also, the maintenance team is great. The grounds are very pretty & nice to walk around. The location is great. They have nice amenities including the gym on site, pool & an area to wash your car. You can do laundry on site, but I rented a washer & dryer through the office because I preferred that option. They hold events so residents can socialize. Furthermore, I ...love the view from my apartment. I can see mountains in the distance on a clear day. I like that they have pest control regularly scheduled to come.
