Washers and Dryers 1/5 (You frequently need to pay for a dryer two times if you want it to actually dry your clothes, otherwise they will remain wet/damp. That or only dry three pieces of clothing at a time).
Parking 1/5 Frequently cannot find a spot near my building when I get home from work because I work afternoons/nights. Also, there are very few visitor parking spots that are not way at the front of the apt complex. My friend came over one night to help me ...
install my cable for approximately 45 min and his car was towed. I had to take him all the way to East Knoxville and pay $245 to get his car back. Talk about taking care of your residents.
