Great Apartment Living in Chatsworth
November 12, 2025Chatsworth is a great city to live. We lived here at Mountain View for 4 years! Loved the small community of the building. Neighbors are very nice & friendly. The building is safe and secure. The pools in the summer are wonderful. A jacuzzi to unwind and soak is great all year round. Evelyn is a great Property Manager very responsive when needed for any apartment repairs done by Isreal who is also great! Take advantage of this opportunity to have everything you need with in 3 miles. Great ...restaurants, post office, grocery store, gym, coffee shops, arts and crafts, florist, horses & Chatsworth park. Close to the 118 freeway. Clean grounds well kept! Great Place to live
October 2, 2021My partner and I stayed here for a little over a year. The location is great. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and there are grocery stores nearby. The manager, Evelyn, is very friendly and understanding. She provides sufficient notice of any area being done around the apartment. She also provides timely communication regarding any issues you may have. We were lucky to find Mountain View when we did and enjoyed our time here.Review from Apartments.com

January 14, 2021This is a very clean, Pet friendly building. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment manager is very friendly, fantastic to work with, if there are any issues. In my time there I only had one issue that was addressed in a very timely manner. ( within 10minutes.) She is the most amazing manager I have ever worked with in rental property. The compassion and support is the best in the valley. When there is anything happening at the complex (water off and etc) you always get a 24 ...hour notice and the manager takes it upon herself to send a notification via text a few days in advance to notify you of the day. Nice large 1 Bedroom
June 30, 2017I was able to secure a nice large 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment very quickly. Plenty of space, nicely maintained, central air and they put a water line in for my refrigerator ice-maker. The manager is very pleasant and stays on top of problem tenants. A very well run establishment. They try to work with you and are very customer service oriented. Stay Away!!!
February 28, 2017This place may look nice from the outside and it use to be a few years ago. Now the place is roach infested, your neighbors are constantly smoking week; homeless people are allowed to come into the carport and rummage through the trash. Tweakers through their garbage on Owensmouth; and Car theft in front of the building. So if your looking for safety, this is not the place. Their are better apartments elsewhere. The Manager has since left she was great; the new manager does not return phone calls ...when there's an emergency in the apartment. They also keep your deposit and make up stories why they are deducting more than half of your deposit fees. I would recommend to look elsewhere!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice size
July 28, 2015The apartments are very nice and large size there is central AC and Heath witch is really nice In the hot Sumer . There is 2 pools and jacuzzi but doesn't work all the time . I wish there was a kids play ground instead of 2 pools but there is a park near buy the only think you have to load the kids in the car all the time . There is two shopping plazas near buy and we always to them for a diner with the kids the buildings are gated and monitored all the time so it's kind of safe to be here over ...all for the price and location is a good place to be :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

One of the best ones i have ever lived in
July 23, 2015well me start buy the apartments are great in size and location there is central Ac with this days comes in handy its gated so its pretty safe , there is pools one to many Jacuzzi witch is kind of not working all the time and kids cant use it at all so its hard to play around with kids since they want to be in it all the time .The manager is on site all day but not there on Sundays and Mondays witch we don't mind since they have emergency phone line for any inconvenience.We have never had ...problems in the apartment but if we ever did they wore prompt to fix it ASAP witch is nice not having it to deal with it . The only think i wish they had is a kids play ground instead of 2 pools the kids don't really have place to go out and play and there is no park with in walking distance ether.But over all its a nice and some what quiet place to be in .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
