Nice gal at leasing office
January 13, 2025I met one of the nicest gals over at the leasing office. She asked a lot of questions to try to understand what I need in an apartment. I looked at the apartments and they were a little smaller than the square foot I was looking for but I would have rented if they had a downstairs two bedroom two bathroom. Even though she got nothing out of it she helped me look for apartments in the area and showed me how to find them on the internet. She was so nice and kind and helpful. Mountain View San Dimas
October 15, 2024It has been wonderful living here at Mountain View San Dimas! I love my apartment. It is very close to a grocery store nail salon and pizza place. I like that I don’t have to travel far to get my necessities. The office personal are always super friendly and helpful with all my needs. I love my apartment

Not worth it
August 2, 2024Facilities are over priced and outdated. The complex is crawling with rodents and roaches, especially by the pool. The new managers are the worst apartment management team I’ve ever worked with. They have never been able to give me direct answers about my questions regarding my apartment and lease. They’re also the type of people who will smile at you and then send cold litigious emails that make you feel like a walking money order instead of a person, I’m disappointed in this experience, have ...already heard false apologies from this team, and I urge you to consider a different property.Property Manager Responded

Best place possible!
September 8, 2015After only living here for a little over a month, we have completely fallen in love with this place! The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, yet cozy. Massive closets in the master room AND the other room. I would consider both of them to be walk in. We've placed a work order for a closet light being out and a cabinet that came off the hinge. A workman came the next day and fixed the issues, very prompt and kind! The community is wonderful! Everyone living here greets you with a smile when passing ...by and staff is also very kind. They are also pet friendly, which is a major plus! No weight limit on dogs! The pool is nice to lounge at and read, the laundry facility has plenty of washers/dryers, and parking is a breeze. We have two car with one assigned spot, but there are always open unreserved spots. It's across from Fresh and Easy grocery store which is AWESOME! A police station is also located near by as well.
