Nightmare
July 26, 2019Had been there for two years and the worst two years of my life. They wouldn’t do repairs and there was mold in the ceiling and walls. It was infested with German roaches from the beginning. Conditions were so bad I was in the hospital often with my baby at the time. We got out of there and within 6 months my baby was healthy again. The ceiling caved in in the bathroom and the room the kids had been in had a huge bubble in the wall that it shared with the bathroom to the point all four of us were ...stuck in one small room. I would say to avoid this place at all cost. No one deserves to live in conditions like that. They keep slapping lipstick on a pig and claiming it’s better but the real issues are never truly taken care of.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
STAY AWAY
March 15, 2018the bugs are horrible and they don't do Pest Control like they claim. the price is a lie. it says 845 but we pay 906. the head manager is rude. neighbors are loud and disrespectful of your property. doing everything possible to get myself and my family out of here. do not move here stay away.Review from Apartments.com

September 15, 2015Nothing has been updated since the 1970s. When you move in the roaches are there before you bring in a single box. Had to buy defense weapons to feel safe after my neighbor spit on me and ranted about his desire to kill me and/or throw rocks at me. Complaints from me and 4 other tenants but he still lives there. I finally got out. I know the prices sound great but trust me pay the extra $50 to feel safe.Review from Apartments.com
