May 9, 2025Definitely not luxury apartments! Feeling the apartments are spacious except the kitchen is terribly small! Great place for dogs but the neighbors are terrible about walking right up against your balcony and looking inside! I feel uncomfortable especially when it’s more than once by the same person! I think a small bike rack would be nice but limited : 2 bikes per apartment. And cars should be the very same unless there are four working individuals in the home. We have one family that has ...two vehicles that aren’t really driven possible they aren’t running? I do love the blooming bushes. Hate all the left over limbs and leaves ?? on the ground for weeks! The neighbors are terrible about throwing their cigarettes buds and beer caps on the ground. And dog poo right by the stairwell! Come on! Pick it up and walk your dog on the grass not on the gravel! Bring a sack if you don’t see any available!Property Manager Responded

May 2, 2025Searching for an apt community that meets your needs and has an excellent office team is important. Mountain Side has been my home for several years. It offers a variety of restaurants and retail shops close by. There are monthly event's at the complex to keep the environment enjoyable. I would suggest take a tour, twice if you need to. Look for units that fit your needs including location of an apt with the complex.
