grass is hardly ever cut. If you need a AC Window Unit, you're told "They're on backorder," and never receive one, when all they'd have to do is simply go to Walmart and buy one. Parking spots are marked for certain apartments, but not every unit has a marked spot. The "spare parking" is beneath a lot of pine trees, which of course no one wants to park there. The dumpsters are ALWAYS full and overflowing with bags of trash, with furniture, etc sitting out by it. These are very old units with small gaps and cracks that make it easy for insects to come and go as they please. Unfortunately, there is only one other apartment complex in Kings Mountain that isn't an income based type. I've lived in that complex previously as well, and it is actually worse than here.

If you have an issue by all means don’t contact the office no one answers right away. Rent is way too high for what you get and u use window units here.
