November 20, 2024Maintenance management is terrible. Overall management is terrible. Paying steep rent for “luxury” apartments. I had a leak that persisted from the ceiling in my kitchen for over a month. It took approximately two months for the drywall to finally be repaired. I had a leak in my guest bedroom from the ceiling. The leak was repaired in a couple days, but they left a hole in the drywall for over two months now, no word on when they will be out to repair a hole in the drywall. Very disappointing as ...this is marketed as a luxury complex rent is steep, but don’t expect repairs to be done in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded
