The apartment itself is very lovely, and looks very clean for some of the units. The second unit I moved into has terrible carpeting. Parking is lousy. If you live on the first or second floor you can hear everything your neighbor above you is doing.

I have lived here for the past four, almost five, years and the maintenance crew has always been great. They are very timely, polite, and professional. Anytime I have an issue (which is not often), these guys are on it at least by the next day, if not sooner. I’ve never had to wait for any service to pend that wasn’t reasonable. We love our apartment, it is very well insulated, keeps all the heat in during the winter and keeps the cool in the summer. We will miss the apartment but not the third floor lol.
