August 18, 2015I was supposed to view an apartment this morning at 10:30. The apartment manager didn't bother to show up, even after I called her 3 ties and waited for 20 minutes. I knocked so many times the neighbor opened his door (in his underwear) because he thought someone was knocking for him. Finally, I went home, utterly wasting 2 hours and 20 minutes of my time. The apartments looked rather rundown from the outside, and didn't have any amenities besides laundry. The only advantage seems to be the ...location. Will likely not be renting from Shelly on any of her properties if she thinks such disrespectful conduct is acceptable.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
