Tuli Reality was always extremely responsive and took action whenever something was needed. 1) Recent Management did not clean snow in last winter even there was only single storm. 2) When tenant vacate apartment, management reimburse all cleaning and painting cost from previous tenant.. no matter how well you clean and maintain 60 year old apartment. Management charged me $500 after I vacate apartment the way I received from previous management - Segal and Segal. My wife and I rented a two bed unit in this complex for two years. New Providence is a great little town and if that isn't enough, Summit and Morristown are very close. Mike, the super, was always around to fix/address any issues we had. I worked from home occasionally and there were always maintenance personnel (and Mike) around if you needed their services. After living in other complexes were it would take weeks to have anything addressed, this complex was a refreshing change! I really can't ...

Affordable Apartment Close to Mass Transit

The apartment complex is right next to the train station which is great for NYC commuters and takes about 45min-1hr with a few direct trains to NYC. The noise level from the train is low because it is electric and they mute the horn at night. We picked this complex because the apartment is large but affordable, close to transit, has hardwood floors, and there is a great sense of community in the complex. My only issues with this apartment has to do with the age of the apartment itself and the ...

lack of parking. We have to rent garages because there are barely any spots available. It is also very difficult to constantly call maintenance because things break or crumble apart because the apartment is so old. As of late, they also have been having issues with the heat and hot water (which is free) but it's not fun to wake up to no heat or hot water. Management is kind and does try to fix any issues that arise since this is an older apartment complex (from around 1950 or so). It's still a good price for the area and you can't beat the location next to mass transit.

Murray Hill Apartments is a very residential community near Summit, NJ. It boasts walking distance to a train station for direct commuting into New York, a commodity in itself. This quiet neighborhood is a great place to raise a family or to escape the hustle of the city. The apartments themselves are two story buildings with either one or two bedrooms. they generally look out onto an open courtyard of grass and trees. The lawn areas are well maintained and a decent amount of landscaping is ...

updated each season. Inside, all the apartments have hardwood floors which are not required to be covered with carpet. They have separate rooms for the living room and kitchen, with enough space for a table in each area. Heating and water are paid for by the property owners, with electric, gas, and hot water paid for by the tenant. Garages are available for rent and provide a large amount of extra storage if you can get one underneath the buildings. Parking can be hard to come by late at night or in the winter months, so this guarantees you a spot. Maintenance are generally quick to respond and very helpful. The manager lives in the community, so you can easily contact him with issues. Emergency phone numbers are shared so that someone can be contacted at any time. Overall, it is a hidden gem for a reasonable fee.
