    Amazing Area, kept clean, Quiet and great staff. Zale is amazing does a good job to clean the community as clean and efficient as possible. Jamier is also really nice. Maintenance addresses work orders pretty timely. Overall amazing experience.

    The trash needs to do better and the up keep with the apartments. The gate having problems the keyfod not working when you go to walk somewhere u can’t get in because you have to go thru the main entrance. The rats is everywhere when u enter n if someone have a dirty and nasty problem someone should control that so roaches or any other bugs can come to your apartment

  • Quiet nice place

    The location is great, close to restaurants, Ponce City, Piedmont Park and easy highway access. Rent is standard for the area. Not a lot of amenities, gym is small but pool is maintained well. Wish we had more resident events but not a huge complaint. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to live.

    I came in to tour with Jamier, the leasing agent at Muse. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Property was clean and quiet, despite being in midtown. Gates worked and weren’t open. I saw 2 maintenance guys walking around. The apartment we saw was spacious and clean, standard 1 bedroom. Overall price for midtown was fair as well. Love the location, walkable, and convenient. Overall great tour and top of my list

    Living here 2 years and love it honestly. Great management , great area, restaurants, belltine, parks. Maintenance is knowledgeable and usually quick at fixing and if it’s ever an issue, the office handles it. Overall would recommend.

    Community is okay. I was underwhelmed with the response from management to my car being stolen from the property. Maintenence is responsive but the back of the property where I live isn't maintained well, trash everywhere. They charge alot of fees but nothing is done to maintain property. Steps haven't even been pressure washed or cleaned. The landscaping in the back of property sucks

    First, regarding waste management, there is a lot of garbage left outside the dumpsters every other day. Second, a rat nest has formed near the dumpster, and I haven't seen much being done to solve the problem, while the rat colony continues to grow. Third, the general cleanliness of the community is a concern. There are spider webs everywhere, broken garbage cans, and even dead rats that have been run over by cars in the street.

    It has been almost 1 1/2 month since I moved in and things are looking great, I still have my apartment not well orgarnized but I have had a pleasure mingling with some great neighbours.
