February 20, 2026The trash needs to do better and the up keep with the apartments. The gate having problems the keyfod not working when you go to walk somewhere u can’t get in because you have to go thru the main entrance. The rats is everywhere when u enter n if someone have a dirty and nasty problem someone should control that so roaches or any other bugs can come to your apartmentProperty Manager Responded

Quiet nice place
December 5, 2025The location is great, close to restaurants, Ponce City, Piedmont Park and easy highway access. Rent is standard for the area. Not a lot of amenities, gym is small but pool is maintained well. Wish we had more resident events but not a huge complaint. December 5, 2025I came in to tour with Jamier, the leasing agent at Muse. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Property was clean and quiet, despite being in midtown. Gates worked and weren’t open. I saw 2 maintenance guys walking around. The apartment we saw was spacious and clean, standard 1 bedroom. Overall price for midtown was fair as well. September 10, 2025Community is okay. I was underwhelmed with the response from management to my car being stolen from the property. Maintenence is responsive but the back of the property where I live isn't maintained well, trash everywhere. They charge alot of fees but nothing is done to maintain property. September 6, 2025First, regarding waste management, there is a lot of garbage left outside the dumpsters every other day. Second, a rat nest has formed near the dumpster, and I haven't seen much being done to solve the problem, while the rat colony continues to grow. Third, the general cleanliness of the community is a concern. There are spider webs everywhere, broken garbage cans, and even dead rats that have been run over by cars in the street.Property Manager Responded

Waste management and overall cleanliness are extremely important to us. Garbage being left outside the dumpsters is not acceptable, and we are reviewing both pickup scheduling and resident compliance to address this more effectively. Your comments help us identify where additional monitoring and enforcement may be needed. We’re especially concerned to hear about the reported rat activity. Pest control is a priority, and we will be escalating this immediately with our vendor to assess the area, treat it appropriately, and implement stronger preventative measures. This is not something we take lightly, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. September 2, 2025It has been almost 1 1/2 month since I moved in and things are looking great, I still have my apartment not well orgarnized but I have had a pleasure mingling with some great neighbours.
