December 5, 2019The location and quality of the finishes were excellent. If the HVAC system of the building went offline, it made the humidity very bad which could've led to window damage. Wood windows in a wet climate such as Portland is a bad idea. We did not like the ventless washer and dryer as they were difficult to use and gave us wrinkly clothes back. They also made the space very hot when running the dryer.Review from Apartments.com

October 24, 2019Terrible management, will have no concern for you if you have any issues. Expect to be locked out of the complex or have a broken washer and not have any help. Upon move out expect to be treated poorly. Management is constantly absent and changing as well. No AC. Too expensive. Cheap appliances. Electric fans will not work properly. I have lived at multiple complexes in the area and this one was by far the worst experience, I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up.Review from Apartments.com
