Great location that’s difficult to beat, but management is unresponsive and promised things that weren’t delivered at move-in. The condition of my unit at move-in was gross; after walking around my new apartment, the bottom of my feet were turned completely black. Even after several rounds of mopping, the floors are still gross and tint my feet. Cell reception is bad in the apartments but it doesn’t bother me a whole lot. I have to admit that it is fairly affordable for prime location on South ...
Congress, but would be amazing if things were predictable with management. My initial leasing manager’s name was Jamie and verbally confirmed several times that the unit that I was signing for would have the same modern finishes as the model unit. Upon moving in, the finishes were dated and not what was promised. I have been trying to negotiate with management ever since, but Jamie has since been fired and the new leasing manager is extremely hard to get ahold of and is being very unfair. Looking forward to having this issue resolved but I’m not very optimistic.

The apartment complex is great, and the staff is friendly. Waste management is poor, the lighting in common areas like the dog park is poor, and if something needs to be fixed, no one ever gets back to you but otherwise, it’s a beautiful location with a beautiful pool.

Nice and serene place to live. Close to everything one could need. Great so far!
Management and staff is friendly even when busy. Some requests take some time to get done but outcomes are always good in the end.
Neighbours are polite a non-problematic. All pets are sweet too!

The complex has been good overall but the gym could use an upgrade, and the lack of visitor parking overnight is awful. There have also been a lot of bugs in my apartment.

Generally everything is great but the front office could do a better job of communicating changes before they happen. I’m thinking of the pool construction and the change in the code for the front gate.

Multiple instances of water intrusion, parking was mismanaged and rolled out poorly, lots of additional charges. Doors and windows are cheap so outside noise is a problem. Amenities are poorly built, door frames get stuck, cabinets are crooked. Mold all over.
