August 12, 2025Multiple instances of water intrusion, parking was mismanaged and rolled out poorly, lots of additional charges. Doors and windows are cheap so outside noise is a problem. Amenities are poorly built, door frames get stuck, cabinets are crooked. Mold all over.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2025Pros: Maintenance have been fantastic. Usually fast, always nail the issue, and pleasant to work with. Management are professional and also pleasant to work with. Literally the best location in Austin. January 25, 2025A few things needed slight fixing upon moving in and maintenance was great and responsive!!! So much better than other places I’ve lived. Leasing office was great too helping us get everything squared away.Property Manager Responded
