    The “gated” community I was so excited is a joke. The gate is always open or broken. Residents do not follow property guidelines and nothing but an email is ever done. My personal property has been damaged twice and there’s no cameras on property to see who did it. When things break it takes weeks or months to get it resolved. There’s a high pitched beeping on the first floor of my building that’s been constantly going off for 2 weeks. Rent continues to go up every year but Muse needs to do ...
    better at keeping the property up to justify these higher prices!

    We love living at the muse! Maintenance team is great! However we have experienced not so great things as well.. rules not being upheld and people getting away with things. Kids trashing stairwells. Other than that living here is great! When bad things do happen they seem to be taken care of in a timely matter and emails are answered!

    Residents don't stop at the posted stop signs. Residents leave trash in the lobby of my building, some Residents are to lazy to open the door to the trash compactor and just leave bags laying right next to the dumpster

    The clubhouse is great, but it only operates during business hours, so I can never use it because of my work schedule. There's no security or monitoring, which has allowed strangers to use the amenities, and some residents have been damaging the common areas without anyone reporting or addressing the issue.

    the most terrible community. there are “security gates” well I’ll tell you now they don’t work and will never properly work while you stay here. Our car was broken into and had all the tires stolen. The management has yet to respond to ANY of my emails, is very unhelpful, and the amenities are never working or are closed. DO NOT LIVE HERE, take your money somewhere else, TRUST ME

    Amazing experience and we were able to move into a 2 bedroom easily after a little over half a year of living in the community! Vincent is great!! He makes us feel welcomed by always saying hi

    Everything has been very good, sometimes he has not liked that they close the amenities a lot, the lobby toilet I don't know how often they do it however I liked the set and I love my apartment

    Excelente condomínio para se viver em Kissimmee, com ótimas instalações e infraestrutura completa. Condomínio oferece piscina, academia, área de churrasco, área de lazer e variados tipos de unidades de apartamentos, contando com uma administradora com excelente atendimento principalmente pela Sr Vincent. Recomendo morar aqui!

    The zero entry pool is amazing and it's a blessing having an elevator. Love how quiet it is too. Most disability friendly apartment in the area! Very upscale
