July 4, 2025Me mudé recientemente la experiencia ha sido bastante buena.El apartamento es moderno,bien distribuido y con electrodomésticos nuevos.La cocina está bien equipada, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y tener lavadora/secadora dentro del apartamento es una gran ventaja.El proceso de mudanza fue sencillo y el personal de la oficina fue amable y profesional.La comunidad en general es tranquila y las amenidades, como la piscina y el gimnasio, están bien mantenidas.Me gusta mucho el diseño del ...complejo: se siente como un mini resort.Hasta ahora, lo único que he notado es que a veces los pasillos no están tan limpios como deberían o hay olores en algunas áreas comunes, pero nada grave.También sería ideal que hubiera más disponibilidad de estacionamiento, especialmente por la noche. En general,estoy satisfecho con la elección y espero que la experiencia siga siendo positiva. June 26, 2025The “gated” community I was so excited is a joke. The gate is always open or broken. Residents do not follow property guidelines and nothing but an email is ever done. My personal property has been damaged twice and there’s no cameras on property to see who did it. When things break it takes weeks or months to get it resolved. There’s a high pitched beeping on the first floor of my building that’s been constantly going off for 2 weeks. Rent continues to go up every year but Muse needs to do ...better at keeping the property up to justify these higher prices!Property Manager Responded

June 10, 2025We love living at the muse! Maintenance team is great! However we have experienced not so great things as well.. rules not being upheld and people getting away with things. Kids trashing stairwells. Other than that living here is great! When bad things do happen they seem to be taken care of in a timely matter and emails are answered!Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2025The clubhouse is great, but it only operates during business hours, so I can never use it because of my work schedule. There's no security or monitoring, which has allowed strangers to use the amenities, and some residents have been damaging the common areas without anyone reporting or addressing the issue.Property Manager Responded

April 16, 2025the most terrible community. there are “security gates” well I’ll tell you now they don’t work and will never properly work while you stay here. Our car was broken into and had all the tires stolen. The management has yet to respond to ANY of my emails, is very unhelpful, and the amenities are never working or are closed.
