The place somehow gotten worse over the years, with rent increasing, service getting worse. Only thing stay good is the gym room and some amenities.

Beautiful community! Staff is always here to help and are always accommodating. Maintenance is always on top of repairs and are courteous and friendly. Noise is kept to a minimum and the community is overall friendly and kind! Overall I’ve loved my experience here thus far.

It started out good to say the least with it being my first apartment, then it just went down hill from there. The instance of a gas lost for a short period of time could be excused. but other instances of un alerted times we didn't receive gas to heat our water and utilities is unacceptable.

furnished rooms, attached washroom, modern facilities and amenities such as gym, what's not to love!!! i love living on evolve on main so far!
