  • Wish I could do zero stars

    Don’t move here. Our bills are always messed up at fault of the apartment. Once our apt was flooded with water and they weren’t taking me seriously so it was flooded with two inches of water for at least 3 days & the dryer was broken at the same time. The office is never helpful. Our electricity really got deactivated after we paid our bill in full TWO SEPARATE TIMES. Don’t move here, it’s awful. The only good thing is the pretty interior of the apt, the outside is always falling apart in some ...
    way. Live literally anywhere else.

    Safe place to live with very nice upscale amenities. Great location to shopping and restaurants yet without hearing interstate traffic. Highly recommend!

  • RENTERS BEWARE

    Beware nothing on the outside is what's n the inside! dog poop everywhere, people and the neighborhood uses pool, cars race all day and all night, gated community lies!, issues with sprinklers "yards are not watered but yet you must maintain them?", fees galore after you get monthly bills! as k for maintenance repairs and it takes a month for a response! STAY AWAY! They lock you in and you can't get out! Its bad seriously!
