November 2, 2025Disappointed! I moved in from another state, Sept 21,2025. So far the living room ceiling already has 2 brown stains from leakage . The bathroom when I flush the toilet sometimes brown water comes.out and it.now has stains in the toilet bowl that won't come out even after scrubbing with bleach. This is a supposedly renovated apartment. Why haven't these issues been handled, obviously they painted over the ceiling and the water running brown in the bathtub and toilet.is gross.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025Horrible The bugs is horrible maintenance don't follow up on their work I have a hole in the wall for 2 months that they never came to fix the carpets became damaged due to a spot cooler that leaked downstairs. So there is no padding underneath the carpet. Did i mentioned the bugs. We stayed in Greens Point and never experienced the crap we do here. They have the most stupid setup you have to schedule a person to come out to spray. When it should be automatic until the tenant say there good. And ...then on top of the bugs let call them what they are Roaches they moved us into an apartment when we were told we were getting a newly renovated apartment.. heck we might of stayed if that was the case and without the roaches. This have been 15 months of hell. Maintenance can do better. There is no QC person to check there work and the roaches hang out like the a roommate who we dont get rent from.Property Manager Responded
