it's a nice place the Management of the place they treat you

1 bedroom is spacious enough for 1 person. It’s very outdated. Looks like 70’s 80’s inside. The air conditioner in the living room is very old so it’s very loud. There’s no temperature control. So in the winter you’re either freezing or hot. The forced air for heat got me sick every year. The community when you come in looks very nice on the outside. Washers & dryers were always breaking & id wind up losing money on them. The woman at the leasing office were very nice though.

They keep increasing rent the stove do not work because is old and the dishwasher, they need to be change, all the appliances is garbage, broken pipes that they never fixed. The stoves are really bad.

I lived at Netcong Heights for 5 years and have only positive things to say. Our apartment was airy, had sunlight all day, lots of closet space and a living room with a big sliding door leading to a balcony. The rent is very low compared to other areas and includes heat and water. Plenty of parking always available. The office staff very polite and professional, Mary is amazing and so is the maintenance team. The area is perfect. It is quiet and friendly but so close to major highways.We loved ...
Netcong with the picturesque lake and will also miss the fireworks in the summer which we enjoyed from the apartment! Also, there are supermarkets and many stores close by. Finally, our neighbors were all lovely and friendly people.

I lived here for almost 3 years. Super convenient area with a Shoprite, a gas station, Quick Chek, and a really good pizza place right down the road. The apartments are really nice, spacious, tons of storage space. This in conjunction with the fact that heat and water are included in the rent make this an extremely great price for what you get. The complex is well-maintained during all seasons. Requesting maintenance is easy and all the maintenance staff are so nice! Mary was absolutely wonderful ...
to work with too, making my move-in and move-out a lot less stressful than it could have been. The people that live here are friendly, nobody causes a problem. It is a good mix of younger and older people living here so you'll end up making neighbor friends no problem. The pictures here make the 1 bedroom look really small, trust me it is not!

First off, David the property manager is a good and honorable man. mary his Office manager bends over backwards to help the tenants with any issues. The Supervisor staff is efficient, prompt, and excellent in their maintaining of the complex. When I first moved there 9 years ago, the place was literally a dump. But with hard work and a lot of investment it improved 100%. New windows and decks, sliders, repaving, new roofs on all buildings, and efficient laundry card policy, upgrading the ...
apartments once a tenant moved (darn) and just making the complex safe and enjoyable to live in. It's a good community close to major transportation hubs and only 12 minutes from Denville.
The staff did their best to keep the snow in check during the winters but they need more help. The landscapers mow dirt in times of drought and didn't replace dead shrubs, but those are small issues compared with the overall experience of living there. I miss the complex and my friends, it was a great experience. Thanks David and mary.

In my practice I never met before - such a good friendly team, working here. They take care and professional help in any case - fix or repair whatever - immediately!

I lived in The Heights as they are affectionately known, for 3 years. I had a wonderful experience, surrounded by very caring neighbors who became like family to me. I met many people from all of the buildings while dog walking and took advantage of the beautiful scenery and secret trails nearby.
