August 13, 2024I love living at the NEXT Apartments so much!! The building is very nice, clean and up-to date with the best amenities! I always workout in the fitness room and dip in the pool after, which is so refreshing. The outdoor grills and lounge area are a huge plus as well. It is such a great community - the staff are very friendly, and I feel so safe living here. I live in a convertible here and love my apartment. It's very open and spacious with high ceilings, big windows and great appliances! At the ...bottom of the building there is the cafeteria (four delicious restaurants inside), nail & hair salon, and mini mart which make it super convenient as well. It's a great location next to lots of bars, restaurants and so close to the L stop, too! I would highly recommend living here as there are so many benefits and for a reasonable price!Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2022Lived here for a year with a roommate and it didn't work out. When our lease was up, I moved to another unit in the building -- my roommate did the same. While we didn't want to live together, we loved the building so much that we both just took out new leases in the same building!
