I moved into NoBo Apartments in Saugus back in mid April. I could not be happier with my decision from the leasing staff to the maintenance staff,I found the quiet community that I was looking to move. The buildings are in tremendous shape. They take incredible care of the grounds and the common spaces. The few times I’ve had to put in a work order. The response has been incredibly fast usually less than 24 hours sometimes within hours. There is not enough good things I can say about the ...

Everything has been so great from tour to move into maintenance. The team here is so helpful! The unit is fantastic and spacious. We toured 6 nearby and this had the best size units. Amenities are nice as well.

My fiancé and I moved to NOBO in May, and it’s been great so far. Everyone has been very friendly. There’s plenty of furry friends to meet as well. The apartment is a perfect size for the 2 of us and our kitty Mipha. I love the huge barn doors to my bedroom as well as the window over my kitchen sink. There’s great sunset views from my deck, with sun most of the day. Brand new washer and dryer in unit ( well everything is new lol) It’s reasonably priced for all the amenity’s including trash ...

valet. The property staff are top notch. Rob is absolutely the best he’s always smiling and has great vibes. There’s always some sort of fun thing or event that the staff put on for the residents. There’s great prizes and raffles. Last month they gave away a Ninja creamy!!! Come check it out, it’s pretty cool here.

The property management and maintenance team have done a good job anytime I have questions. I've never had a package go missing, no extremely loud neighbors even with it being summer time, the pool has only been semi full during the heat wave, and the included coffee machine is nice. I will say that soundproofing between floors isn't the best but isn't the worst. I encourage people to be mindful and talk to your neighbors.
