I have not met many people, however, I feel like Aubrie and Heather have been friends of mine forever. I work from home so when I get out, I love to go visit them. August 19, 2024My experience at NOMA has been less than satisfactory. It is evident that the apartments were constructed hastily, prioritizing quantity over quality. The apartment itself seems to be of low-quality construction, with sloppy paint and missing closet doors. Although they did address the issue of a scratched-up tub, which I am grateful for, the overall workmanship appears subpar. The ongoing construction in the hallways has also led to a dusty and unclean environment even in the completed areas. ...During my visit to NOMA, I was drawn to the rooftop and pool as major attractions. However, residents currently do not have access to these amenities. I was also unaware that my balcony would overlook abandoned boarded-up houses. The pricing appears unfair for what is offered, and early residents dealing with construction and unfinished amenities should see a rent reduction until the complex is complete. I appreciate the community feel and quiet residential feel in a gentrified area of town.
