June 15, 2025I love love the location. I love the layout of my apartment. I enjoy the amenities. Love the gym & free coffee & water bottle refill station. I dont often hear my neighbors, which is nice. I genuinely lovs to see so many dogs live here, but inversely the super hideous hallway carpet is often soiled & elevators peed in. I dislike the short fridge, seems way too cheap for how nice the apt is. The cabinets are pretty but constantly need tightening or they'll crash into your head. June 10, 2025I just renewed my lease and the process was very quick and easy. Although there was a rate increase, it is still affordable compared to other properties in downtown. I absolutely enjoy living at Nora and all of the amenities as well as the resident events. The management staff and maintenance team are the best! May 18, 2025Our time here at Nora has been great. Four months in and really happy with our decision. We’ve enjoyed pool days and grilling out with friends. They all loved the inviting space especially the covered lounge areas. The office staff truly cares about the community and the maintenance team is quick to resolve issues that come up. When our dryer belt snapped the team was here the next morning, ordered the part and fixed it in a day. I recommend this beautiful community.
