The staff has been friendly and professional, and whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive and helpful. December 2, 2025Jacob was our tour guide and he was phenomenal! For the most part, the remaining staff is helpful and warm welcoming. The inadequacy of the internet service is very disappointing. The most recent outage was said to be AT&T issue central wide-but the AT&T website and customer service said there were absolutely no outages in the area, other than that at Novel in Sanford. Shifting the blame is very unprofessional. I have pics that I dare not share of the exterior trash pile up from the weekend. It’s ...awful. Explains why there are mice on the property, as we’ve seen them roaming. November 29, 2025Living here is a waste of elevator is always broken. they shut things down early like coffee machines etc. they’re nice when trying to get you to rent but after you’re nothing.Property Manager Responded
December 8, 2025Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Our coffee station is available every morning, but we do shut them down later in the day due to repeated misuse. This helps ensure they remain clean, functional, and ready for residents to enjoy each morning. Regarding the elevators, one has been temporarily down, but the building does have two elevators to support residents while repairs are completed. We understand how frustrating this can be and are working closely with our vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I would also appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly about any concerns you’ve experienced with the team.
