May 6, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe direct view of the pond from our spacious, ground-floor, 3 bedroom apartment was nice -- for a while. We used the nice pool and gym frequently. However, we wish our lease was shorter than 19 months. We can’t wait to leave. The very excessively loud, daily, and late-night noises from the above neighbor ruined any chance for a continued stay. Polite direct appeals to the neighbor, followed by numerous calls to security police and many meetings with management, over the course of several ...months, have left the problem unresolved. Management doesn’t seem to care. Consequently, we do not recommend this apartment complex.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

I REALLY wish that you guys can assign parking to the apartments and leave an area for visitor parking. The property is very well maintained, clean, and peaceful, which makes it feel like home right away. The amenities are modern and convenient, and everything has been thoughtfully designed to make daily living comfortable. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a friendly attitude. From the leasing process to move-in, everything was smooth and stress-free.
