The direct view of the pond from our spacious, ground-floor, 3 bedroom apartment was nice -- for a while. We used the nice pool and gym frequently. However, we wish our lease was shorter than 19 months. We can’t wait to leave. The very excessively loud, daily, and late-night noises from the above neighbor ruined any chance for a continued stay. Polite direct appeals to the neighbor, followed by numerous calls to security police and many meetings with management, over the course of several ...

months, have left the problem unresolved. Management doesn’t seem to care. Consequently, we do not recommend this apartment complex.

I had to call Maintenance when I first moved in. I said to myself that I probably should not have moved here. But I was wrong. Maintenance came right away. I was surprised and happy at the same time. The two guys that came fixed the problem. And they were friendly!

Something has changed up front in the office. In a good way. I REALLY wish that you guys can assign parking to the apartments and leave an area for visitor parking. Over the last month or so it has gotten really bad where vehicles that don't stay here stop me from parking in front of my own residence.

Been living here for about 5 months, so far I have no complaints. The community is peaceful. Most people speak even if they don't know you. Office staff is nice and helpful when needed. The maintenance crew is nice also.
