Charming old fashioned apartment
July 27, 2015Charming old fashioned apartment in the heart of downtown yakima. A short walk from some of the best restaurants,shopping and in summer months the farmers market! You will not see many brickstone apartments like this in yakima. Built in the 1920's, 2nd floor apartment. 2 bedrooms 1 bath Still with original tile in the washroom. Modest kitchen and Spacious livingroom with wood floors and a fireplace. The smaller bedroom has a wonderful walk in closet. Best part is all the natural light coming ...through in every room. The only things I could complain about are the creeky floors and the old school base heaters, but that's expected with such an old building. There is a small patio above the huge porch on the 2nd floor. These apartments are full of character, and hard to come by.
