Take your money elsewhere. For the price you can find bigger, better management, and actual amenities. They don’t fix ANYTHING, poorly insulated (my downstairs is so cold that my olive oil is solid, and you can feel the wind blowing through windows and cabinets). They definitely give the keeping your security deposit vibes. They only care about money, that’s probably why they don’t respond.

Please don't let the nice pictures above fool you. It is not worth it in the slightest. For one, the area isn't the nicest and you can pay this pricepoint for bigger homes in better neighborhoods. Secondly, the management is nothing short of AWFUL. They are not professional in any way whatsoever and if you have a problem with anything, don't expect a response for weeks. Lastly, don't expect to get your full security deposit back. No matter how spotless you leave the home, they'll find a way ...

to keep some of your money. I should've known not to rent from them when I realized that there was no leasing office on-site but unfortunately I did. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live with people who actually care about their residents.

I decided I was going to make the move to Art Center Row in March 2018 with a move in date of June 1st. I paid my security deposit IN MARCH and first month's rent 3 days prior to my move in date, as requested. On the day that I signed my lease and paid first month’s rent, I was told that the apartment I was promised (and paid a security deposit on) was now going to be rented to someone else. I was refused the apartment listed on the lease I had just signed. I had already let go of my current ...

apartment because I thought I had this one secured, only to be refused just 3 days before I'm scheduled to move in. I was completely packed had movers booked. This was the worse moving experience that I have ever experienced and I hope no one else will waste their time dealing with this place.
