Worst management ever. Samantha lies just about everything. She will say just about anything to get you into the apartment. Rent is outrageous price for a small not maintained apartment. There are alot better options for less money and more space. Not to mention the basement levels in Nantucket cove floods often and they arent "responsible" for your belongings being ruined.

I am currently living at these apartments. It is loud, all the time. I have cobtacted the property manager multiply time and all they do is a call. This is the third timeci had to contact them. I wish i had never leased here. I think i might break it next month. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. It isnt worth it.
