Very dissatisfied
October 2, 2023If your comfortable with living with mice and roaches then this is the place for you :) I have been here very few months the office staff does not do there job neither does maintenance I woke up this morning to a mouse eating my bread on the counter and escaping in to my stove not to mention there is roaches everywhere but Napa townhomes likes to call it “water bugs “ they let me move in with trash all over my back porch that took somebody 5 months to remove the moment you do something they ...don’t like they will try to kick you out I moved to Columbus for a new start but ultimately moving to Napa townhomes was one of my worst decisions somebody needs to call the health department this is inhabitable at this point . Not to mention when I first moved in I had no electric for 4 days and I have two small children all my food went bad we had no air or lights the rent is outrageous for the amount of problems these townhomes come with .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 28, 2023The community is infested with roaches. None of the air-conditioning units for your house work. You would have to go out and buy a window unit. Speaking of windows, they’re all very old some of them barely open if they’re not cracked, no screens inside of the windows. People who work inside the office or terrible. Always have an attitude never wants to answer the phone. The trash is always full and blowing all around and then they will try and give you a fee for trash because it’s always ...overfilled so they’ll add a fee to your rent and charge you for trash but it’s already included in your rent. Property electric goes out every time the wind blows hard. If I can’t give them a zero writing, I absolutely would. Sidenote, heads up, your car will be towed. April 26, 2023I went to visit a friend. We went to lunch total time of visit 2 hours. They had my car towed. I now had to hire an attorney to recover my fees I had to pay to get my vehicle back. No call no response
March 23, 2023We were trying to rent from this complex but the young lady in the office basically gave us the run around said it would only take 24 to 48 hours to know anything it’s been a whole week now tried emailing no response called no one answered then someone called back and when I answered they hung up the phone after I said hello twice I called right back no answer then 5 hit they turned they their outta office voicemail on! She lied and said the reviews wasn’t try she always in the office and always ...answer the phone well that was definitely a lie!
