My experience living here was absolutely great! I lived here for 4 years management is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff was great! Very prompt & professional. Property is well maintained. I’m very sad I had to move due to work relocation. If my job relocates back down that way I would definitely move back there! Wasps everywhere

It's an OK place to live. But there's always trash around and for some reason there's always WASPS around. I've lived in 2 units here and can never enjoy my balcony due to the amount of wasps flying around. And the windows must not be properly sealed because they are ALWAYS getting inside the apartment somehow. I've also had a leaky faucet in my shower for many months now and maintenance came out to fix it, was here for 3 hours and it did absolutely nothing. Neighbors smoke weed and it stinks up ...

my apartment. The pipes also bang very loudly anytime someone runs their laundry or shower. I worry the pipes will burst one day.

Just got finished having the most amazing and professional worker Bobby come in to do an amazing job at fixing a small issue I’ve had in the apartment from showing up in a very timely manner to even wearing shoe covers inside my place he is a very professional and personable worker kudos to him!!

My wife and I moved in a month ago. We are very happy with the choice we made. Everything leading up to move in day has been basically stress free due to the staff in the front office. Angela and Teresa held our hands through the application process, coordinated the preparedness of the apartment for move in. They were warm,pleasant,accomodating and helpful. On saturday our ac broke (during a heat wave) I called the emergency maintenance line, I was told that the maintenance crew would not come out for any air conditioner problems. I tried calling again and was again told no one would be coming out. Monday morning I call to report the ac problem (after being in an 100 degree apartment all weekend). By 230 myself and husband was screamed at multiple times by the "manager," she accused us of ripping the unit out, jaming a screwdriver into the unit, and ...

saying we never called the emergency hotline. I cannot believe a manager especially one in customer service would act like this. It is now 5pm Monday and our air conditioner still does not work, the temperature right now is at 97 with it feeling like 102.

I can't begin to explain how wonderful it is to live in Narraticon now that the new management has taken over. The beautiful landscaping that is being done around the property and the repairs to the pool and tennis courts. Nothing was done in many years prior to the take over. The staff and maintenance are friendly and extremely helpful. I'm proud to call Narraticon my home.
