Honestly, maintenance I nice, but they go through maintenance and property managers like crazy. I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and we’ve had like 12 property managers who all came in and tried to get cars towed, tried to evict half the tenants, keeps trying to make me pay pet rent and deposit for my service animal. The buildings are falling apart. I have severe electrical issues in my unit, and they did have an electrician come out, but all they did was “fix” the breaker, still having the same ...
breaker problems, it took them 4 times to fix a severe leak in the kitchen sink, the laundry rooms are old and don’t work right half the time, so we spend 160$ a month on laundry at the laundromat because it’s like 3$ for a washer. Yes, there is a park, but the community isn’t all that great either. Also, the park always has a bunch of trash, shoes, ect every day. It’s not as clean as advertised. I’m seeing all these reviews from like years ago, so this is what it’s like now, and not much has changed. We still don’t have someone in office 90% of the time, you have to call the actual rental company to get ahold of the regional manager so she can come in and address whatever is the issue, and I’ve only been able to get ahold of them once, voicemails and emails went unanswered.

Max of 1. Our parking policy requires all tenants to register their vehicle for a parking pass. Guest parking is available every day from 6 AM to 9 PM.
