September 7, 2016I'm going to Nassau Bay 2 years ago I've been here two years exactly I love it it's one of those good experiences the office response to me really quickly maintenance response just as quick I live in the front of the community so I've never had any issue no issue with anything maybe at night time with the kids there a little loud but that's that's no harm in that Community if you can get in that's the big thing you can get in there good they do not transfer if you live here and you didn't ...transfer so you can't get A2 bedroom you have to re-enroll which is my only problem that's why they give it 5 starsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 9, 2015My apartment is very comfortable to say the least. The entire complex have different amenities which are available to residents to enjoy. With a baby on the way, however, I will be needing a bigger space plus rent will coincide with all that needs to be done for the little princess on the way. Nassau Bay Apartments
July 31, 2015I have been living at Nassau Bay for a couple months. It's right next to lynx bus line, couple minutes from I4, shopping centers, and parks for the kids. Each apartment has a washer and dryer included in rent. I have a a 1 bedroom and it has a walk in closet. Nassau Bay have a new playground and splash pad. When you have a maintenance issue they would come the same or next day. The only thing I don't like is that their is dogs and noisy neighbors.Review from Apartments.com

July 31, 2015I would give this apartment complex a 3 out of 5...They have very spacoius floor plans..I love that these apts come with a washer and dryer. The complex is very kid friendly..my grandchildren love the pool and splash pad..I think maintenance should work on finishing work orders and repairs in a timely manor...I know this is Florida but they need to do a better job with more frequent pest control visits. July 30, 2015This is a okay location. but it is a little dangerous. They have gates that never work. Because people just keep breaking the system by running over it. The grounds are well kept. Most of the people that work here are very new and the mgnt. is always changing. The only thing they have going for them is a kiddie splash and play. I was Homeless a little more than a 4 years ago.
