Don’t go there

Not recommended at all
February 7, 2024I gave this place one star, but they really don't deserve even that. The apartments are beautiful and modern, but the association and the maintenance team lack professionalism, appropriate communication, and respect for the tenants. Like other tenants, my opinion and expectation about this place changed drastically after I realized that they ignore you once you fill a request many time, because they do not solve the problem. The washing machine in my unit has been broken for the entire month. The ...Natura Gardens maintenance technicians have been there three times and the warranty technicians have been there three times as well. And guess what, the problem remains unresolved. At this point, I wondered how many more visits would be necessary for the warranty team to resolve the problem? I continue paying a high rent for a “luxury” apartment with laundry service “inside” the unit and a high water bill ($70 each month). So after a moth of headaches, I’m still doing my laundry outside (for I don't know how much longer), which is annoying because I live on a 3rd floor without elevator, the laundry bag, detergent, softener, etc. are heavy, and I’m wasting time and money. They suggested I can do the laundry in another apartment (2nd floor in another building), but the washing machine is not going to be replaced Additional things you must consider before applying: the deposit you paid at the beginning is not refundable, visits restriction after 8:00 pm (only 14 allowed in a month), office hours are known, and you don’t even know if they read your messages if you communicates with them through email.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 3, 2023Estoy muy molesta soy residente y mi caro fue remolcado cambie de modelo de mi vehículo colocándole la misma placa fui a la oficina y pregunté a reportar el cambio del vehículo y la persona que me atendió me dijo que no había problema por que era el mismo número de placa y misma marca que ellos chequean en el sistema ahora resulta que fue remolcado . Acá nunca ponen como un warning si no que te lo llevan y ya. Muy mala experiencia de verdad no lo recomiendo .Review from Apartments.com
