January 29, 2025I live here and people don't pick up after their dogs, the grass is full of dog poop and the management here doesn't do or say anything to them. The gym is good until people come with their own speakers as if they were the only ones there and some leave things lying around and the management comes by the gym and doesn't say anything or at least put up a paper. In my building they smoke in the entrance and if you look where the seat is at the entrance everything is full of cigarettes and there is ...a bad smell in the entrances and hallways. Not worth what you pay.
November 12, 2024Dogs are constantly barking. Dog mess is left all over the property yard and you have to pay for trash valet service in your rent, but it hardly gets picked up. The place doesn’t seem to be regularly cleaned in general.Property Manager Responded

Scheduled weekly cleanings for the buildings occur every Tuesday. Valet trash is controlled by a third party but we do have customer service numbers and representatives we can reach out to if your trash is not being collected as it should be.
