Quiet neighborhood and prime location. Amenities are available and useful. Need better communication from management in regards to work orders. Been waiting for over two weeks to fix issues in apartment unit that has been shared with management multiple times. No follow up on work order status.

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Nick, the manager, is always very nice and helpful and I am just about to renew my lease for another year! :). Maintenance is great also and the laundry rooms are clean and well maintained.

It's a quiet quaint community. The fact that there's so many store and highway access right here is great. It's also in a safe clean area. No homeless, sketchy people, trash, graffiti, broken down cars, or anything signifying a rough area.

Navajo Bluffs is at a great location with easy access to the freeway with plenty of nearby stores to meet all of your needs and within a short distance to other areas within the San Diego County.

Laundry machines and laundry room are always dirty. Maintenance is not completed in a timely fashion. There is no parking for guests, family, or friends. The cost of rent is too high. The amenities aren’t the same as advertised.

Regarding parking, we are collaborating with a parking enforcement company to provide residents with options for guest parking.
