I feel safe in this community, I also love the trail near the apartments for my running/ walking, maintenance is really responsive, and I love having 24 access to the gym.
My only notes for room for improvement would to have a bigger gym and pool.

I have had a very positive experience between the relationship with my landlords here at Navigator Villas. They are respectful and responsive. The community is tidy and clean and they do a good job keeping it that way. They are vigilant about current crimes that come and go about the city and the area. I feel safe knowing that Navigator Villas are here with me. This is a good place to call home. Cozy homes, and beautiful on the outside too.

When I first moved here, I appreciated the effort, care, and communication exhibited. Now not so much, simple maintenance tickets taking over a week to complete and then they don’t even get done with any communication on future steps. The facilities lacking or looking dirty and big infested. This place could get back to greatness through some care, humility, and continued education. It’s grown to be too big business. I’m looking forward to my lease expiring this time around, mind you this is ...

The property is clean and the staff are very professional. The buildings are very nice. Most of the community is quiet. However, you WILL hear your neighbors, and if they like to play loud music you will be unable to sleep in the master bedroom in a duplex due to it's proximity over your neighbors' living room.

Great ..it's always a pleasure to see and talk to the great staff that work here. They do a lot for the community here. I'm thankful for all they do. I lived here for close to over 5 years now.
