Management is profesional and keeps you in the loop. The maintenance team is also very professional and quick. The community is very calm I feel secure, it’s very family oriented. Also, we are so close to all the stores and it’s very affordable to live here. I noticed navigator villas is very competitive with their prices on rent always striving to charge the ...lowest in comparison to other apartments. June 9, 2023When I first moved here, I appreciated the effort, care, and communication exhibited. Now not so much, simple maintenance tickets taking over a week to complete and then they don’t even get done with any communication on future steps. The facilities lacking or looking dirty and big infested. This place could get back to greatness through some care, humility, and continued education. It’s grown to be too big business. I’m looking forward to my lease expiring this time around, mind you this is ...after 3 rent hikes each year I’ve stayed. Stupid me in that regard.
