Hallways smell like trash that’s been left out for days (because it has), loud illegal vehicle exhaust is allowed to disturb your peace at 5am daily, INSIDE common area hallways are not a good idea (ac is broke for 2 months and can’t hold a reasonable temperature) hot tub has been broken for 3 months now with a “custom part on order” place is a joke and toll brothers should think about who’s managing their property.

I have lived here for three months, and my assigned parking spot has been taken by other cars no fewer than ten times. However, I am only allowed to have the unauthorized vehicle removed from my spot after waiting 48 hours. Also, when my spot was previously taken and I parked in another spot, I received a warning the next day. At the same time, the parking fee cannot be waived. In other words, when this happens, you are basically expected to just tolerate it. The leasing office even told me that ...
