August 14, 2015The buildings' lobby as well as the separate rooms has the appearance of a hotel. Entrance to this building is accessible only with an electronic card and to the separate apartments by a call/phone system. The city bus is close to the front door and is a 5 minute ride to the metro/downtown area--the capital building is within a minute. The grounds are maintained well and there is a courtyard area that is gated. To the front of our building is a University and to the back, is a large ...Hospital/Medical Center with a medical helicopter. There's a community room where the tenants have their activities. Within walking distance, there is a Donnato's Pizza, Subway, and McDonalds and other food places.
