November 2, 2022The grounds are well kept. It always looks nice, but the up keep of the apartments on the inside are unsatisfying. Maintenance is slow to address work orders, and when they do come, they never complete the work. There is a constant turnover of the maintenance staff, with the new group being worse than the previous.You have to continuously call the office or go down in person to get any real resolution. There are also times that you will try and contact the office and the phones have been ...transferred to an answering service.Property Manager Responded

I have been here 10 years I love my town house first floor unit but wished there were two locks, which I have been approved for in the past after having a break in.. truly though its unfortunately the office staff and maintenance that make living here difficult. March 31, 2022I'm one of first residents in this complex. Winn Residential maintains the landscape and apartments in excellent condition. The Staff is professional, courteous and caring. I know caring maybe a word most would not describe but when my Dad who was on dialysis for 13yrs needed to make his treatments the Maintenance Servicer was shoveling our walkway the 1st thing in the morning.
