A Great Place to Live in Lake Charles
November 15, 2023This is a terrific apartment complex! The office staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions from tenants and address issues that occasionally come up. Ditto for the maintenance guys, who are proactive and very good at their jobs. I love the fitness center and the pool area, which is not only welcoming but photogenic. My apartment is spacious, well insulated, and comfortable; I especially like the fact that it has a real woodturning fireplace. Heck, I may never move!Review from Apartments.com

November 6, 2023Very nice apartments to live in. Very friendly staff from the girls and management in the office to Billy and the other guys in maintenance. Best apartments in Lake Charles!
October 18, 2023First of all the staff in the front office are wonderful to interact with and always help me with any questions I have. The property is very well maintained and the community is nice! There is a nice sidewalk around the pond that I like to walk to excercise and the location is in a good part of town and close to where I shop. The apartments themselves are amazing I love how spacious it is and the storage space I have, and the prices are competitive not just with the rent but with the pet fees and ...everything. Clean, safe, extremely courteous
September 20, 2015These rent here is a little high, but in my opinion they're totally worth the price. The gated community really puts you at ease, and maintenance here is spot on. I've called maintenance a couple of times for small things like a lightbulb change, and they come right away and finish their work quickly and neatly. The ladies in the office are extremely nice, and they always have freshly baked cookies in the clubhouse which is a bonus. Parking is also very spacious and convenient and I've never had ...any issues with it. Did I mention how gorgeous the scenery is? There is a beautiful pond and fountain that has a convenient track surrounding it for anyone who wants to take a stroll or a run. I really don't have any complaints, and I actually wish more apartments would take care of their residents as much as the ladies here at Nelson Pointe do.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
