When there is an issue pretty much a hit/miss response time to evaluate & address. There are some aspects of being a tenant where I feel are not honored or respected. Where the tenant just gets dealt the con of the situation. We have amazing view of Boston skyline. I love this apartment. The leasing manager Ann was very supportive and helped a lot during booking process. We got a nice deal by leasing team. The only con is when i open my apartment windows then , i can hear tracks sounds when a train is passing. Im going to be honest. when I first moved here I didnt prefer the rental staff!. But they have made so many changes the new rental staff are pleasant You couldnt ask for a better maintenance team and also concierge. And watch better than a pet friendly building if you have pets that you love.
